Why choose Land Rover Extended Warranty?

Land Rover believes in long-term ownership, and when warranty on your Land Rover expires, we believe you should have the option to continue protection on your car. Our Extended warranties are specially designed for Land Rover vehicles, so whatever the journey, you’ll appreciate the reassurance of knowing that you’re covered for both mechanical and electrical failures.

What's covered?

Land Rover Extended Warranty covers the cost of parts and labour in the event of a mechanical or electrical failure of the covered components up to the claims limits outlined in the Policy Document and your Registration Confirmation Letter. Land Rover Extended Warranty covers an extensive list of components, according to your policy cover level, for failure in the UK or mainland Europe. To see what’s covered for both levels of cover, please refer to the Policy Document.

Top

What's not covered?

A Land Rover Extended Warranty provides a high level of cover, but unfortunately we can’t cover consumable items such as brake pads or discs, tyres, oils & fluids. These items are designed to wear and will need replacing with time. We're also unable to cover any items which have been modified from the manufacturer’s standard specification. Each cover level has a list of parts covered or excluded – please refer to the Policy Document.

What are the servicing requirements?

It is a condition of this Warranty that your vehicle is serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Throughout the warranty period, a franchised Land Rover retailer or a VAT registered garage should carry out all servicing and repair work. Land Rover Extended Warranty lets you choose the garage to have your car fixed – you can opt for a main retailer or your local independent repairer. However, we recommend that you use an authorised Land Rover repairer as they will have the correct diagnostics equipment and their technicians will be fully trained by Land Rover. All that we ask is that the repairer is VAT-registered, and that we approve repairs prior to them being commenced. Your repairer will be able to manage any claim for you and we’ll liaise directly with your repairer to authorise and pay for valid repairs.
